We want you to love your Tata Harper Skincare experience; if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of products purchased directly from our website within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided via email to ensure your return is tracked and handled efficiently.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all glass components are protected, and affix the shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location; once received and inspected at our farm, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
